Responsibilities:

Provide hematology consultant duties, including outpatient care.
Offer advice and guidance to other professionals and adhere to the on-call system.
Participate in the daily management responsibilities of the Hematology Department.
Experience and Skills:

Hematology Consultant for adults with at least 5 years of experience as a consultant.
3 years of work in hospitals in Saudi Arabia with a valid license from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCHS).
Extensive knowledge and experience in clinical hematology and general medicine.
Ability to interpret laboratory data and prepare reports.
Good understanding of healthcare governance.
Ability to manage risks and make final decisions.

Ability to manage and lead internal change.
